Terms and Conditions for Bindubasini Football Championship (BBFC):
- Participation:
a. The tournament is open to current and former students of Bindubasini Government Boys High School.
b. Participants must register their teams with the organizing committee before the specified deadline.
c. Each team can consist of a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 16 players.
d. Participants must provide accurate information during the registration process. - Venue and Schedule:
a. The tournament will be held at Tangail Stadium.
b. The matches will take place on the second, third, and fourth day of Eid-ul-Azha annually.
c. The organizing committee will announce the match schedule, including the dates and timings of each game. - Rules and Regulations:
a. The tournament will follow the official rules of football, with modifications if deemed necessary by the organizing committee.
b. Matches will consist of two halves, with each half lasting a specified duration determined by the committee.
c. In case of a draw at the end of regular time, the match may proceed to extra time or penalty shootouts, as decided by the committee.
d. Participants must abide by the decisions made by the match officials and the organizing committee.
e. Unsportsmanlike behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in penalties or disqualification. - Team Responsibilities:
a. Each team is responsible for ensuring their players’ eligibility and adherence to the tournament rules.
b. Teams must arrive at the designated venue on time for their matches.
c. Teams must wear appropriate football attire and have distinguishable jerseys or uniforms.
d. Teams are responsible for the behavior and actions of their players and supporters. - Disputes and Decisions:
a. The organizing committee reserves the right to make decisions on any disputes or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the tournament.
b. The committee’s decisions will be final and binding. - Safety and Liability:
a. Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tournament.
b. The organizing committee, Bindubasini Government Boys High School, and any associated parties will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the tournament. - Media and Photography:
a. The organizing committee may capture photographs, videos, or other media content during the tournament.
b. Participants grant permission for the committee to use such media for promotional purposes related to BBFC. - Amendments and Modifications:
a. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
By participating in the Bindubasini Football Championship (BBFC), participants agree to comply with the aforementioned terms and conditions.
